Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all business development activities are aligned with company goals and values.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the business development process, ensuring that it is efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years in business development, managing large accounts in an agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree may be preferred.
- English Fluency: Critical for client interactions and presentations.
